Uncharacteristic Wanderlust

Weird. This morning I woke up the itch to just pick up and go somewhere, which is totally not something that happens to me (I’m okay, Mom!). If there’s one thing that’s true, it’s that I’ve been a homebody since the day I was, well, born at home. This uncharacteristic wanderlust is so new, it’s fun daydreaming about where I would go.

Like camping with friends on a quiet lake with lots of wine and s’mores…

Or taking a road trip cross country with my favorite person…

OR the winner, I think: A trip to the glorious coast of Italy. Negronis and late night swims included.

Where would you go? Now I can’t stop looking at adventure boards on Pinterest. WHAT IS HAPPENING?

  1. my favourite way to travel is through wwoofing! It sounds a little crazy, but you basically get to travel anywhere- I went to O’ahu hawaii earlier this year in june and I got to work on an organic farm- with a free place to stay, great people, and free time over the weekend to go sightseeing 🙂
