    I’ve been on a 2-ingredient pancake kick. Simply mix 2 eggs and a medium-ripe banana to make your batter. Add any mix-ins, turn the stove on medium, add a little coconut oil, wait for it to melt, and then pour a little bit of batter onto the hot pan. Wait a few minutes. Flip. Repeat until pancakes are golden. I think I’m late to this cooking “hack,” but it’s really good.

    • Oh man, I’m fairly uncreative when it comes to breakfast — but I do have some recipes up my sleeve 🙂 Yes those 2 ingredient pancakes are great. I was on that exact kick a year or two ago, but I kept adding oatmeal and milk and vanilla and whole wheat flour and by the end they were always 6 ingredient pancakes, haha!
