A Tip for the Best Guacamole

I just ran into a friend at the grocery store who was picking up fixings for guacamole. “I’m just missing one thing,” he said. Lime? Red onion? Cilantro?


TEQUILA. Apparently, he always puts a splash in his guacamole and says it adds the perfect kick and flavor. Doesn’t that sound amazing?! He recommends using Espolon, or any good quality tequila. I’ll be giving this a shot on Sunday. 🙂
